Cancellation & Refund Policy

Send your cancellation in writing to traveltourinternational4@gmail.com or via our website live chat, quoting your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect on the day we acknowledge it in writing.

More than 45 days before departure: deposit forfeited.

45–31 days before departure: 50% of the tour fare.

30–15 days before departure: 75% of the tour fare.

14 days or less before departure, or no-show: 100% of the tour fare.

Air tickets, visa fees, insurance premiums and non-refundable hotel or event tickets are charged in full at any time, in line with supplier rules.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payer's bank account within 14 working days for land arrangements. Airline refunds follow the carrier's own processing time, which can take 8–12 weeks.

Date or name changes are subject to airline and hotel rules plus an administration fee of RM 100 per person, in addition to any supplier charges.

If a departure does not reach the minimum group size or is cancelled by us, you may transfer to another departure or receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us.
